At BlueSAO Canada, we are committed to providing high-quality veterinary surgical instruments, orthopedic supplies, and medical technology products. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Custom or special-order products, including custom implants and instruments, are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened sterile products.

  • Customized or special-order products.

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”

  • Products used in surgical procedures.

3. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • Contact us at info@bluesaocanada.com or +1 514-608-3929 within 5 business days of receiving the item.

  • Please provide photos and a description of the defect or damage.

  • We will assess the issue and, if applicable, offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email info@bluesaocanada.com or call +1 514-608-3929 with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  3. Pack the item securely and include the RMA number inside the package.

  4. Ship the product to the return address provided in the return authorization email.

Note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged items. For other requests, please follow the return process above.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment by contacting us at info@bluesaocanada.com. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return under the terms stated above.
