At BlueSAO Canada, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our veterinary surgical instruments, implants, and orthopedic supplies. This Warranty Policy outlines the coverage, limitations, and process for warranty claims.

1. Warranty Coverage

  • Standard Products: BlueSAO Canada warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery.

  • Custom & Special-Order Products: Warranty coverage applies to defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover design-related performance if the design was approved by the purchaser.

2. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, improper storage, or unauthorized modifications.

  • Wear and tear from normal use.

  • Products used outside the scope of veterinary medical practice.

  • Items damaged during shipping (refer to our Shipping Policy for shipping damage claims).

3. Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim:

  2. Provide your original order number, a description of the defect, and supporting photos.

  3. Upon review, we may require the return of the defective product for inspection.

4. Remedies

If a product is found to be defective and covered under warranty, BlueSAO Canada will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product.

  • Replace the product.

  • Refund the original purchase price.

5. Limitation of Liability

BlueSAO Canada’s liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of defective products as outlined in this policy. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Governing Law

This Warranty Policy is governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the laws of Canada.
